I've used the collar twice, although the dog screamed for the very first time as I've told, now she even doesn't try to pull...and when I walk her in usual dog collar, she pulls 50% less on the leash, than once, so the collar is worked. It looks cruel, but as it said in advertising, the collar acts on the dog's neck like mother's teeth when she carries the puppy until you pull.
